There are many tests that can be performed to diagnose the disease. The log is downloaded and the physical examination is performed. You can also do chest x-rays, but it is not enough to diagnose the disease. To exclude the disease, a test called Mantoux or PPD can be performed. To confirm the disease, the sputum smear of the patient will be tested for acid-resistant bacteria, and three positive results confirm the disease.

Signs and symptoms usually cause any type of lung disease, but there are significant symptoms that can also support the diagnosis of tuberculosis. Typical signs and symptoms may include difficulty breathing, gradual fatigue due to impaired oxygen, weight loss, loss of appetite, vomiting, indigestion, body weakness, productive cough, fever, chills, night sweats, and probably bloody blood sputum.
